wp-block-jetpack-layout-grid__padding-none\">\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Un dessin a un <span style=\"color:#15788c\" class=\"has-inline-color\">pouvoir communicatif.<\/span>C'est un outil de sensibilisation sociale qui peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour encourager le changement, susciter des d\u00e9bats, exprimer l'anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 et inspirer l'espoir.&nbsp;<\/h5>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Le premier atelier a \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9 en 2018 avec la participation de 30 \u00e9tudiants en art. \"Les crimes de guerre doivent-ils \u00eatre punis au Liberia aujourd'hui ?\", telle \u00e9tait la question abord\u00e9e par les \u00e9tudiants qui, pendant quatre jours, ont appris les techniques classiques de narration et de bande dessin\u00e9e. Au travers de discussions de groupe, les \u00e9tudiants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 encourag\u00e9s \u00e0 d\u00e9battre librement des mesures de justice existantes, \u00e0 r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 leurs conceptions de la justice et \u00e0 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de rendre des comptes sur les crimes de guerre.&nbsp;<\/strong>Les le\u00e7ons, les exercices de dessin et les discussions ont, ensemble, contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 l'objectif global de faire participer les \u00e9tudiants \u00e0 des d\u00e9bats sur la justice et la responsabilit\u00e9 au Liberia dans le cadre de ses 14 ann\u00e9es de guerre civile (1989-2003). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">Les le\u00e7ons, les exercices de dessin et les discussions ont contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 un objectif plus large qui est d'amener les \u00e9tudiants \u00e0 s'engager dans des d\u00e9bats sur la justice et la responsabilit\u00e9 au Liberia pour ses 14 ann\u00e9es de guerre civile (1989-2003). M\u00eame si certains \u00e9l\u00e8ves n'ont pas v\u00e9cu ces conflits, le traumatisme de guerre des jeunes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations lib\u00e9riennes est \u00e9vident : dans leurs dessins, ils recr\u00e9ent des situations et des peurs qui font d\u00e9sormais partie de la m\u00e9moire collective lib\u00e9rienne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">Depuis 2018, LivArts, GJRP et Civitas Maxima ont poursuivi leurs efforts d\u2019outreach. En 2019, les dessins ont \u00e9t\u00e9 expos\u00e9s lors d'un \u00e9v\u00e9nement partenaire du <a href=\"https:\/\/fifdh.org\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Festival du film et forum international sur les droits humains<\/a> avec une exposition intitul\u00e9e \u201cWithout Justice our Wounds Cannot be Healed\u201c. Quelques mois plus tard, la m\u00eame exposition a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e au Mus\u00e9e national de Monrovia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">En 2022, trois ateliers suppl\u00e9mentaires ont \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9s dans diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9coles \u00e0 Monrovia. Les s\u00e9minaires ont permis aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves d'acqu\u00e9rir les outils n\u00e9cessaires pour illustrer leurs propres perceptions des conflits. Au travers de leurs dessins, la force et la brutalit\u00e9 sont brutes et non \u00e9dit\u00e9es, et l'h\u00e9ritage de la violence est indiscutable. Cela illustre le fait que les conflits n'affectent pas seulement les individus qui les ont v\u00e9cus : il s'agit d'un fardeau port\u00e9 de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration en g\u00e9n\u00e9ration. En particulier lorsqu'il s'agit de conflits o\u00f9 personne n'a \u00e9t\u00e9 tenu responsable des crimes commis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-jetpack-slideshow aligncenter\"
